YES! ITS FINALLY OUT! The app that I and most probably you were waiting for! Txd tool for android. If you don't actually know what that is. TXD TOOL is basically a app for modding in gta san andreas. Since Gta San Andreas came for android 2 years ago. There has been a lot mods developed for the android version of GTA SA. All these mods were developed using a PC Software namely TXD TOOL.
Making mods in pc is quite difficult for a newbie, But expert modders have this unique ability of making them. Now not only modders but normal people such as myself and you can mod using this tool and that too on your android mobiles! It means a lot since mods can only be made using pc but now with this tool we can mod using our mobile devices!
The app is currently out on android, i don't know about iOS. Its paid unfortunately but that doesn't matter since the technology is out for mobile devices, the app can be made by some other manufacturer. I am expecting it to launch pretty soon for free. Some of the excellent features are mentioned below
